I guide clients through all stages of dispute resolution, from pre-dispute negotiations to mediation, conciliation, and arbitration proceedings. My experience spans domestic and international arbitrations, representing individuals and multinational corporations in commercial and investor-state arbitration matters.
I have managed complex cases across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa under a wide range of arbitration frameworks, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (IACAC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). In addition to representing clients in arbitration proceedings, I also provide strategic guidance in negotiating agreements between sovereign states and foreign investors, ensuring balanced and mutually beneficial outcomes.
